Turn one customer call into a week of marketing content
Use a call transcript to write posts, an email and a short article in your customer's own words.
About 45 minutes · 5 steps · Updated Nov 2, 2026
What you'll finish with
Five social posts, one newsletter email and one short article, all based on what a real customer said.
Why this works
The best marketing copy repeats how customers describe their problem. A single good call usually holds more of that language than a blank page does, and AI is good at pulling it out.
Tools you can use
You only need one tool for each job. Use what you already have.
The steps
1.Get a clean transcript
Ask for permission before you record, then transcribe the call with a meeting tool. Remove names, company details and anything private before you paste it anywhere else.
2.Pull out the customer's own words
Ask the assistant to find exact phrases, not a summary. You want the language you could not have written yourself.
Prompt to copy
Below is a customer call transcript. List the 10 most useful exact quotes about: the problem they had before, what they tried first, why they chose us, and the result they got. Keep the customer's exact wording. Do not rewrite or invent anything. If a category has no quote, say so. Transcript: [paste transcript]
3.Choose one message for the week
Pick the single idea that came up most strongly. Every piece you write this week should support that one idea.
4.Draft the content
Generate everything from the same quotes so the week feels connected.
Prompt to copy
Using only the quotes below, write: (1) five short social posts, each opening with a different quote, (2) one newsletter email under 200 words, (3) one 400-word article outline. Write plainly. Do not add statistics, results or claims that are not in the quotes. Main message: [your one idea] Audience: [who you sell to] Quotes: [paste quotes]
5.Edit and get approval
Rewrite anything that does not sound like you. If you use a quote publicly, get the customer's approval first.
Before you trust the result
- Every claim comes from the call, not from the AI.
- The customer agreed to any quote you publish.
- No private details were pasted into a tool your company has not approved.
