By accessing or using Bro Find AI (“the site”) at brofindai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bro Find AI is a free, curated directory of AI tools. Listings are provided for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with the tools we list unless explicitly stated, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool’s own terms.

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

By submitting a tool, feedback, or other content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit it and to grant us the rights below.
• The content is accurate and does not infringe any third party’s rights.
• It is not spam, malware, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

You grant Bro Find AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submissions on the site. We may edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish the directory in bulk without permission.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to post misleading or harmful content.

Featured placement is a paid promotion, separate from the directory. A fixed price books a fixed run of calendar days during which your listing is pinned in two clearly-labelled slots on the home page. It does not affect that listing’s placement anywhere else on the site, and no ranking outside those slots is for sale.

• Placement is scheduled, not immediate. Bookings start on a date you choose, at least two days after purchase, and run for the number of days in the package you bought. Your listing goes up on the start date and comes down after the last day of the booking.
• Bookings are final and non-refundable. Reserving dates removes them from the calendar for everyone else. Once a payment is made it will not be returned, in whole or in part, for any reason.
• A limited number of listings can be featured on any given day, and dates are sold first come, first served. Booking does not guarantee any particular position relative to other featured listings, or a specific number of impressions, clicks, or visits.
• Your dates are reserved while your payment is processed. If a payment does not complete within that time the reservation is released and the dates return to the calendar.
• Only listings you submitted may be booked, and only while they are approved. We may remove a listing from the featured slots, without refund, if it breaches these terms or our acceptable-use rules.
• We may change the prices, durations or daily capacity offered, or discontinue featured placement entirely, at any time. Bookings already paid for will be honoured on the dates they were made for.

The site displays third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) to remain free. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for products and services advertised by third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

The Bro Find AI name, logo, design, and original content are our property and protected by applicable laws. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bro Find AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listed tool.

We may modify or discontinue the site, or these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
