What is Interview Agent?
Built an AI-powered Interview Agent to automate end-to-end recruitment tasks including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate interaction, and feedback collection. The frontend was developed using React, containerized with Docker, and deployed on AWS ECS. Backend services were built with FastAPI to manage CrewAI agents. Integrated GPT-4 for conversational flow and RAG for document intelligence using Chroma. Firebase Auth handled authentication with Firestore and GCS for data and file storage. Fully deployed via ECS Fargate with CI/CD and CloudWatch.
